Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects. The company has completed its 6th fiscal year with over $270M in installed work and projects growth to over $500M in net sales by 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Vinyl Siding Installation
- Hardie Siding Installation
- Metal Roofing
- Asphalt Shingle Roofing
- Gutter Installation
- Fascia & Soffit Work
Required profile
- Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage)
- Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
- Own tools, equipment, and transportation
- Professional references from recent installations
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
