RN or LVN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Day or Night Shift)

About the role

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to deliver one‑on‑one pediatric private duty nursing care in patients' homes across North Houston. The position offers both day and night shifts with consistent case assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0‑20) in a home setting.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage specialized equipment such as G‑tubes, G‑buttons, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
• Follow individualized care plans and document all activities in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team promptly.
• Educate and support families on care techniques and equipment use.

Required profile

• Active RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently in a home environment.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• CPR certification.
