About the role

Clipboard is looking for a Revenue Strategy & Growth Associate to join its fast‑growing, remote‑first team. This generalist position offers exposure to a variety of analytical and operational challenges across the company’s expanding healthcare staffing marketplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end projects, from problem framing and analysis to recommendation, rollout, and reporting.
  • Design and implement systems and automations that streamline workstreams.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to execute strategic changes.
  • Track performance metrics and publicly report results.

Required profile

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Self‑starter who can scope, sequence, and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
  • Clear, reliable communication skills.
  • 0–2 years of experience in strategy & operations, analytics, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
