Revenue Operations & Planning Manager

About the role

The Revenue Operations & Planning Manager is part of the Integrated Supply Chain function for North America, supporting revenue execution for the AM&D business through advanced forecasting, demand planning and business analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue operations and demand‑planning analytics, developing robust forecasts that combine market trends, sales pipeline dynamics, historical performance and business assumptions.
• Analyze revenue performance, demand signals, risks and opportunities and translate findings into clear recommendations, dashboards and executive‑level reporting.
• Build and apply AI‑enabled analytics and automation solutions to simplify data‑intensive forecasting, reporting and decision‑making.
• Drive data‑quality, KPI governance and continuous improvements across forecasting and planning workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to align plans, address risks and communicate insights, and lead monthly demand reviews and weekly revenue meetings for North America.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, analytics or related fields.
• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and influence decisions.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs and delivering executive‑level insights.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel techniques.
• AI‑enabled analytics and automation tools.
• Business intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and visualization.

• Salary range $87,000 – $139,000 per year.
