Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to become the analytical backbone of our go‑to‑market engine. In this high‑ownership, high‑visibility position you will partner closely with the VP of Revenue Operations and Finance to shape commission, quota, territory and performance decisions that drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own commission and quota planning, model quota‑setting across roles and segments, design and pressure‑test compensation plans, and run scenario analyses in near‑real time.
• Partner with Finance to administer compensation mechanics and ensure alignment of incentives, cost of sale and attainment.
• Provide analytical support for territory design, market segmentation and seller deployment.
• Develop and maintain AI‑driven models and automation pipelines to replace manual spreadsheet processes.
• Deliver data‑driven insights to leadership and contribute to board‑level presentations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic, operator‑focused approach.
• High sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a fast‑scaling environment.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership on revenue‑related strategy.
• Comfort with AI, automation and modern analytics tooling.
