About the role
Savvy is a fast‑growing AI‑native wealth‑management platform that helps independent advisors scale their businesses. The Revenue Enablement Lead will design, build, and own the enablement engine that accelerates ramp‑up, drives proficiency, and ensures consistent high‑performance across Sales and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own onboarding and ramp programs for core Sales and Operations teams, defining curricula, milestones, practice opportunities, and proficiency standards.
- Build and manage ongoing enablement programs, including recurring training, refreshers, certifications, coaching resources, and targeted interventions.
- Partner with product, marketing, and subject‑matter experts to translate complex products and processes into role‑specific training.
- Diagnose capability and performance gaps, creating scalable learning solutions that drive measurable behavior change.
- Establish and track metrics such as ramp time, proficiency, adoption, productivity, and downstream business outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., simulations, role‑plays, personalized content) to increase the quality, scalability, and personalization of enablement.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, sales enablement, or a related function, with end‑to‑end program ownership.
- Proven track record of building or improving onboarding and ramp programs for customer‑facing or revenue‑generating teams.
- Exceptional facilitator who can turn complex, dry topics into engaging, practical learning experiences.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics, evaluate effectiveness, and iterate based on results.
- Strong cross‑functional partnership skills, able to work with senior leaders and SMEs to extract expertise.
- Fluency with AI tools and a habit of using AI to enhance work processes and learning outcomes.
