Retail Supervisor – Perimeter Mall, Atlanta

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking a Retail Supervisor for its Perimeter Mall store in Atlanta. In this role you will create a high‑energy store environment, engage customers, and model excellent service while coaching associates to achieve sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage consumers and model service behaviors, while supervising and coaching the sales training process.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly and partner with the Store Manager on escalated issues.
• Train new hires and current employees on brand culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention, and store policies.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster an engaging, inclusive team environment.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, and flex business strategies to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Enjoys a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Collaborative role model who demonstrates inclusion and belonging.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn new tools.
• Progressive retail leadership experience with proven supervising, coaching and training abilities.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical duties.
