Retail Supervisor – Full Time at The Outlets at Hershey

About the role

Levi’s is looking for a full‑time Supervisor to join the management team at The Outlets at Hershey. The Supervisor will help drive brand equity, customer satisfaction and financial growth by delivering an energetic store experience and leading the associate team.

Key responsibilities

• Create a high‑energy, compelling store environment by engaging customers and modeling service standards.
• Resolve consumer concerns promptly in line with company policy.
• Train new hires and current staff on brand culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention and store procedures.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set expectations, coach associates and deliver performance feedback.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Support the Store Manager in meeting daily sales and performance goals.
• Supervise the team in the absence of other managers and ensure compliance with all Levi’s policies.
