Retail Supervisor – Disney Springs

About the role

This position contributes to Levi's® success by assisting management in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. We are looking for a Supervisor who will bring innovation, creativity and enthusiasm to our team while helping bring our fashion to the future and maintaining the integrity of our brand’s past.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily store sales and performance goals.
• Open and close the store, reconcile cash receipts and make bank deposits.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Coach and train retail associates on product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• At least 1 year supervising or directing the work of others.
• Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.
