Retail Store Supervisor – Gulfport Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Levi’s outlet at Gulfport Premium Outlets in Gulfport, MS. The role is a key member of the store management team, responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and support associate team members to improve performance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising and store upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop store associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
