Retail Store Manager – Westfield South Center

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Levi’s® shop at Westfield South Center. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and develop a high‑performing team while preserving the heritage of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and meet financial targets (conversion, units per transaction, sales per hour).
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage all store personnel, including performance management and adherence to operational policies.
• Coach staff, create succession plans, and ensure associates meet individual sales goals.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and labor costs in line with sales forecasts.
• Oversee inventory receipt, pricing, ticketing, loss‑prevention, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising direction, ensuring product presentation tells a compelling story.
• Deliver an engaging customer experience by modeling exemplary service behaviors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years retail experience in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum 3 years experience managing a retail apparel store and coaching sales associates.
• Positive, helpful demeanor with a passion for Levi’s brand.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, squatting, and climbing.
