About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its Tanger Outlet in Fort Worth. You will lead the store to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store standards, ensure compliance with company policies, and uphold brand integrity.
• Deliver a customer‑focused environment that encourages loyalty and repeat business.

Required profile

• 3+ years of store management experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and climbing.
