Retail Store Manager – Levi's Outlet (Kittery, ME)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its outlet in Kittery Premium Outlets. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead the store to deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profit.
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, visual merchandising, and day‑to‑day store operations.
• Ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lb, climbing ladders, etc.).
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and a keen eye for detail.
