About the role

Join Nespresso’s boutique in Park Meadows as the welcoming face for customers. You’ll share your passion for coffee, guide shoppers to their perfect brew, and create memorable experiences that go beyond a simple sale.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalized coffee and machine recommendations.
• Offer complimentary coffee tastings and showcase product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain the boutique’s appearance, manage shipments, stock the coffee wall, and keep displays attractive.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive, high‑performing work environment.
• Participate in safety and operational tasks, including cleaning and store upkeep.

Required profile

• Strong people‑orientation with a genuine love for customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Punctuality and reliability for opening and closing shifts.
• Resourcefulness in handling day‑to‑day challenges and troubleshooting on the spot.
