About the role

Join Nespresso’s boutique in Northpark Center and be the welcoming face for coffee lovers. You will guide customers to discover their perfect coffee match, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable moments that go beyond a simple sale.

Key responsibilities

• Brand Advocate – share Nespresso’s sustainability mission and promote recycling.
• Greet and engage customers, creating a memorable boutique experience.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and showcase product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain boutique appearance, handle shipments, stock the coffee wall, and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive work environment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic people‑person with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail setting and adapting to change.
• Reliable and punctual, available for opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Patient and resourceful when troubleshooting day‑to‑day challenges.
