About the role

Join the Nespresso boutique at Prudential Center Mall, delivering an exceptional coffee experience to customers while acting as the welcoming face of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Share Nespresso’s mission and sustainability values as a brand advocate.
• Greet customers, create memorable experiences, and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and promote products to drive sales.
• Maintain the boutique’s appearance, manage shipments, stock the coffee wall, and ensure cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive work environment.
• Participate in training to develop coffee expertise and sales skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
• Reliability to work open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
