Do you have a passion for coffee and a knack for exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate. As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will guide customers and create an inviting experience that goes beyond selling coffee.

Key responsibilities

• Share Nespresso’s mission and sustainability values as a brand advocate.
• Provide hospitality‑focused service, greeting and engaging every customer.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and showcase product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain boutique appearance, handle shipments, create eye‑catching displays, and keep the coffee wall stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Participate in training and ongoing learning to excel in the role.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment and adaptable to change.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Patient and resourceful when troubleshooting day‑to‑day challenges.
