As the welcoming face of the store, you will guide customers, share your coffee knowledge and create memorable experiences that go beyond a simple sale.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate by promoting Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling initiatives.
• Greet and engage customers, offering personalized coffee and machine recommendations.
• Conduct complimentary coffee tastings and demonstrate product features.
• Maintain an elegant boutique environment, including stocking displays, handling shipments and ensuring cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Participate in training and ongoing learning to become a coffee expert.

• Flexible availability for opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
