About the role

Do you have a passion for coffee and a talent for exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at the Brickell City Centre boutique. You will be the welcoming face of the store, guiding customers to discover their perfect coffee match and creating memorable experiences that go beyond a simple sale.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate, promoting Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling initiatives.
• Greet and engage customers, delivering hospitality that encourages repeat visits.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Provide complimentary coffee tastings and share product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain the boutique’s appearance, manage shipments, create eye‑catching displays, and keep the coffee wall stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and successful work environment.
• Participate in training and ongoing learning to become a coffee expert.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a strong desire to work in a customer‑service environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting, adaptable and able to think on your feet.
• Punctual and available for open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Patient and resourceful when troubleshooting day‑to‑day challenges.
