Retail Promotions Manager

About the role

As the Retail Promotions Manager you will lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to generate leads and raise local awareness for Mad City Windows & Baths. You will act as the public face of the brand while driving performance through coaching and data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event environments to drive lead generation and local brand awareness.
• Recruit, staff, train, coach, and motivate high‑performing team members.
• Attend weekly meetings with senior management to align on goals and strategies.
• Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives.
• Represent Mad City as a confident, face‑to‑face communicator at events and promotions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and weekend availability.
• Experience in face‑to‑face marketing, canvassing, or lead setting (a plus).
• Prior leadership experience with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
