Retail Marketing Representative – Bilingual Spanish

About the role

Promote Renuity’s home‑improvement products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in‑store marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows. This role serves as a stepping stone toward a career in sales or management.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s home‑improvement products and services to prospective and existing customers during in‑store marketing campaigns, events and tradeshows.
• Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight product quality, installation expertise and customer care.
• Maintain flexible availability, including required weekend shifts and rotating weekday schedules.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with confidence in public speaking.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and able to thrive in a performance‑driven environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to commute to multiple Miami‑Dade locations.
