About the role

Shake Shack is looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Team Members to join its #ShackFam. You’ll work in a fun, inclusive environment, receive hands‑on mentorship and training, and earn $13 per hour plus tips.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine hospitality to guests and teammates.
• Prepare and assemble food orders following Shake Shack’s standards and recipes.
• Master all stations and rotate duties to keep each shift fresh.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure guest and team safety.
• Uphold Shake Shack’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement.

Required profile

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Adaptability to work various roles within the restaurant.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
