About the role

Join the front‑of‑house team at Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza, a New York‑style pizza restaurant in Austin. As a Server you will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering memorable hospitality and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking back to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle payment transactions, process tips, and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing attitude with a passion for guest service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
