About the role

As the Restaurant Manager at Chuy's, you will be the heartbeat of daily operations, ensuring every guest experiences the fun, flavor, and hospitality the brand is known for. You will lead a high‑energy team, oversee the bar, lobby, and to‑go services, and maintain a smooth, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, including bar, lobby, and take‑out operations.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high‑quality service from entry to exit.
• Manage staffing schedules, training, and performance to meet high‑volume demands.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, equipment sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years recent management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑driven, team‑oriented mindset with a focus on safety and sanitation.
