Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant management role.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities to develop future leaders.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive culture for team members and guests.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and engage in mentorship.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
