Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT) – Full‑Time Days

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner III (RRT) for a full‑time, day‑shift position on its Respiratory Therapy Team. The role is based in Kingman, Arizona, offering a vibrant community with outdoor recreation and a mild climate.

Key responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care under physician order, including emergency interventions and patient assessment.
• Interpret arterial blood gases and adjust invasive and non‑invasive ventilator settings to meet therapeutic goals.
• Perform comprehensive pulmonary evaluations, manage airway devices, and conduct bedside pulmonary function testing.
• Document all assessments, therapies, and charges accurately in patient records.
• Participate in at least 80% of team staff meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary personnel.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and Arizona state licensure.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• Experience in adult/pediatric critical care preferred, with two years of respiratory experience.
