Residential Service Plumber

About the role

As a Residential Plumber you will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. The position also includes training and mentoring Apprentice Plumbers to develop the next generation of plumbing professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a company‑provided service vehicle with an Apprentice Plumber to complete residential service calls.
• Use ServiceTitan and a company‑issued iPad to manage work orders, customer information, and job documentation.
• Deliver high‑quality service and outstanding customer experiences.
• Collaborate with HVAC and Electrical team members to provide complete home service solutions.
• Serve as a technical resource and subject‑matter expert within the plumbing department.
• Mentor, coach, and train Apprentice Plumbers through hands‑on instruction and field experience.
• Conduct ride‑alongs, site evaluations, and quality inspections as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license.
• Consistent employment history in residential plumbing.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems and service procedures.
• Passion for training and developing less experienced plumbers.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
