Residential Painter for REN Apartments

About the role

The Residential Painter will be responsible for delivering high‑quality interior and exterior paint finishes for apartments at the REN community. This role supports move‑in readiness and assists the maintenance team with service requests, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Paint interiors and exteriors of apartments according to Greystar guidelines.
• Address resident issues and repairs promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintain neat, clean, and orderly work areas after each job.
• Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies; order supplies within budget as directed.
• Assist the supervisor with vendor and contractor scheduling, bid collection, and oversight.
• Prepare and submit property invoices accurately and on time.
