Resident Service Coordinator

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides effective customer service to prospective and current tenants as well as property staff, leveraging deep knowledge of the community’s features and operations. The role also assists property staff in planning and executing resident activities to ensure a high‑quality living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries.
• Prepare incident reports related to resident matters in accordance with company standards.
• Schedule activity‑center or clubhouse rentals, manage contracts, and collect applicable fees.
• Maintain guest suites in rental condition and provide additional amenities like movies, books, and games.
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents to confirm satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Organize and track all capital‑expenditure (Capex) projects within the community.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, notifying maintenance of needed repairs.
