Repairs Program Lead - Data Center Operations

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Repairs Program Lead to own and scale the end‑to‑end hardware repair program across its growing fleet of data centers. You will be responsible for repair turnaround, inventory management, and driving continuous improvement of repair processes to meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Define global repair strategy, SLAs, prioritization rules, escalation paths, and reporting methods.
• Own repair turnaround time and backlog, using ticketing and telemetry dashboards.
• Author and improve procedures for triage, break‑fix, and return‑to‑service validation; train site partners.
• Manage RMA and reverse‑logistics programs with OEMs, ODMs, and repair vendors.
• Set spares pool sizing and stocking levels in coordination with supply chain and asset management.
• Analyze failure patterns, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions with engineering and suppliers.
• Lead weekly repair reviews, scorecards, and business reviews with vendors and site leads.
• Communicate repair constraints, risks, and fleet availability impact to engineering and leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data‑center operations, including management or technical lead roles.
• Proven track record running large‑scale break‑fix programs across multiple sites.
• Experience managing vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to meet SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills to translate failure trends into upstream fixes.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, complex environments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
