Renovation Specialist – Silver

About the role

The Renovation Specialist – Silver will be responsible for renovating residential units within Greystar’s stabilized, mid‑rise portfolio in San Jose, California. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality finish work while adhering to budget guidelines, project timelines, and departmental processes.

Key responsibilities

• Renovate assigned units, including painting, flooring, backsplash, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Perform general construction, maintenance, cleaning, and final touch‑up tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of renovation supplies and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, using appropriate protective equipment such as back braces, safety goggles, and gloves.
• Communicate consistently with management to report status, issues, and supply needs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in residential renovation or similar construction roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Reliable attendance for a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, 9 am to 6 pm.
• Commitment to safety standards and proper use of protective gear.
