Remote US Recruiter

About the role

Limitlessli specializes in recruiting, hiring and managing high-caliber remote staff, connecting clients with qualified professionals through its global network. It is looking for a proactive, organized and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple facilities, working closely with Regional Directors of Operations and facility management teams. The position is fully remote, with hours in US Eastern Standard Time (EST) from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the recruitment platform, including creating, updating, monitoring and closing job postings.
• Work with Regional Directors of Operations and facility teams to identify staffing needs, prioritize vacancies and track hiring needs across locations.
• Source candidates, review resumes, screen and interview them, and assess them against role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with regional leadership and facility management.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, follow up on pending offers and coordinate stakeholders to close deals.
• Keep an accurate recruitment tracker of open positions, pipeline, interviews, offers and filled positions, and share a weekly recruitment recap.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders and candidates and keep records accurate and confidential.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition or recruiting coordination.
• Experience managing multiple openings and coordinating recruitment across several locations or business units.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, job boards and candidate sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for trackers and weekly reports.
• Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, second monitor and stable internet connection, with a backup connection.
