Remote Sales Representative – Residential Cleaning (Afternoon & Weekend Shift)

About the role

Join Green Cleaning DFW as a Remote Sales Representative focused on residential cleaning services. You will work afternoons and weekends, contacting homeowners who have expressed interest and converting those leads into booked appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email.
• Use the NEPQ question‑based sales framework to conduct natural, consultative conversations.
• Book cleaning appointments and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage a high‑volume pipeline (up to 80 leads per week) while maintaining a personalized approach.
• Utilize GoHighLevel for calls and SMS and Google Workspace for email communication.

Required profile

• Fluent, clear English suitable for US homeowners.
• At least one year of phone‑based sales experience.
• Available to work Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat and Sun from 11 AM to 8 PM CST.
• Reliable internet, computer and a quality headset.
• Self‑starter who can act on leads without waiting for direction.

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,200 USD per month.
• Commission of $50 USD for each new recurring client.
• Full‑time remote position with flexible afternoon and weekend hours.
