About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our remote team focused on training and evaluating AI chatbots in the healthcare domain. You will work independently, providing complex medical scenarios to AI models and assessing their performance to improve accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex healthcare‑related problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model responses for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Ensure the medical accuracy of model outputs and deliver feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, etc.).
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Based in the United States and able to work remotely.
