Remote Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts across the United States. This full‑time position works remotely, handling the end‑to‑end recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Review resumes, screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct Zoom interviews and administer skills assessments.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruiting database.
• Perform exit interviews and support employee development initiatives.
• Assist with organizing training workshops and company events.
• Ensure confidentiality of all HR information.
• Provide support to other members of the recruitment team.

Required profile

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening or hiring.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 9 am‑6 pm PST.
• Passion for building a startup and a friendly, outgoing disposition.
