Remote Recruiter – High‑Volume Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high‑volume recruiting operations for The Ward Law Group, focusing on late‑week and after‑hours applicant flow. This remote independent‑contractor position works Wednesday to Sunday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM ET, and offers a monthly compensation of $1,200.

Key responsibilities

• Process large volumes of applicants, especially those submitted late in the week or after regular business hours.
• Screen resumes and perform initial qualification checks against minimum role criteria.
• Advance qualified candidates and promptly disposition unqualified applicants.
• Maintain an efficient recruiting pipeline and move candidates through each stage in a timely manner.
• Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for recruiter review the following day.
• Track candidate progress accurately in the SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Communicate professionally with candidates via email, phone, and SMS, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, especially SmartRecruiters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for email, phone, and SMS outreach.
• Ability to screen resumes, assess qualifications, and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
