Remote Receptionist for US Law Firm (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Receptionist to support the Washington, D.C. office of a fast‑growing law firm. The role is based in Latin America and requires handling inbound calls, routing them to the appropriate attorney or department, and ensuring every inquiry receives a timely follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, greeting callers courteously.
• Determine the appropriate recipient and transfer calls to the correct attorney or department.
• Document call details and send “missed call” emails when transfers are unsuccessful.
• Maintain a polished, positive tone as the first point of contact for clients, courts, vendors, and prospects.
• Provide additional administrative and client‑service support as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in customer service.
• Fluent English (C2 level) with clear phone communication; bilingual ability in another language.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
• Prior experience working remotely for a U.S.‑based company is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with phone system operation.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Strong email communication skills.
