Remote Project Manager – Technology Services

About the role

RedHelm is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join its Professional Services team. You will lead technology projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality expectations while serving as the main liaison for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to guarantee smooth execution.
• Monitor risks, create mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain client relationships, provide regular updates, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, delegate tasks, and foster collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in IT project management, preferably within Managed IT Services.
• Experience managing small to large‑scale projects across the full lifecycle.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus.
