About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Health Care Project Assistant Specialist to join the Cleveland Clinic call centre team. The role is fully remote and offers the flexibility to work either day or night shifts, supporting patients across Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

Professionally manage high‑volume inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments across various clinical specialties.
Accurately capture and update patient demographic, insurance, and medical information in electronic record systems.

Required profile

Reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania, United States.
Strong communication skills with a compassionate, cooperative attitude.
Willingness to work full‑time hours on a day or night schedule.

Required skills

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
