Remote Business Immigration Paralegal

About the role

Yellow Law Group is seeking a dedicated Business Immigration Paralegal to join our remote team. You will work closely with attorneys to support a wide range of immigration matters, ensuring smooth and compliant case handling for our global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda for immigration cases.
• Prepare and file legal documents related to business immigration, asylum, work‑based green cards, and investor visas.
• Manage visa applications and track case progress.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer routine inquiries.
• Ensure all filings comply with current immigration laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and related issues.
• Experience preparing visa applications and other immigration documents.
• Ability to handle business immigration, asylum, work‑based green cards, and investor visa cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in an immigration law firm is a plus.
