Remote Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Business Development Specialist to expand our customer base across the United States. You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our licensed life and health insurance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialing software.
• Identify and engage prospective customers through professional phone conversations.
• Introduce services, answer general questions, and generate interest.
• Qualify leads according to established criteria and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment‑setting targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, sales meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies.
• Complete additional business development and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and goal‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
