Remote Appointment Setter (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to work remotely from South or Central America. You will call US‑based businesses, introduce our website design and digital marketing services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US business owners.
• Present website design, SEO, printing, and digital marketing solutions.
• Qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for sales consultants.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, SMS, and email when appropriate.
• Achieve daily call and appointment targets while maintaining a professional attitude.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a friendly, confident phone voice.
• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting is preferred.
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Reliable computer, headset, high‑speed internet and a quiet home‑office environment.
• Basic computer skills and availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using VoIP dialers.
