Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

As an Appointment Setter you will play a critical role in helping businesses connect with potential customers and generate new revenue opportunities through qualified sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers across multiple industries.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach strategies and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed appointment‑setting and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
• Computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps, with backup connection and device available.
