Remote Appointment Setter – B2B Sales Development

About the role

SG Services is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote team. You will help B2B companies across multiple industries connect with decision‑makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers across SaaS, technology, finance, energy and more.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach strategies and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Computer with at least 8 GB RAM and an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps, with backup connection and device available.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for outreach.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of sales engagement platforms.
