Remote Appointment Setter – B2B Sales Development

About the role

SG Services is looking for a remote Appointment Setter to help its B2B clients generate qualified sales meetings. You will work from anywhere, using email, LinkedIn and other digital channels to reach decision‑makers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other outreach tools.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in SaaS, technology, finance, healthcare and other sectors.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for client sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach scripts and campaign guidelines.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine campaigns and improve lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Computer with at least an Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM.
• Internet speed of 30 Mbps or higher, with a backup connection.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and sales‑engagement platforms.
