Remote Appointment Scheduling Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Remote Appointment Scheduling Specialist to join our growing remote team. You will engage prospective customers, qualify their interest, and coordinate appointments for licensed life and health insurance professionals across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using our CRM and dialing software.
• Introduce services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for insurance agents.
• Maintain accurate calendars and update customer and scheduling records in the CRM.
• Follow approved communication processes while delivering exceptional service.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and scheduling goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Perform additional scheduling and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and eager to learn; prior scheduling or call‑center experience is a plus but not required.
