About the role
Home Genius Exteriors is actively partnering with experienced subcontractor crews for residential exterior projects. They seek reliable crews for consistent work, prompt payment, and a long‑term partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Install asphalt and metal roofing systems.
- Install vinyl and Hardie siding.
- Install gutters, fascia, and soffit.
- Install ProVia windows and doors.
- Perform residential exterior renovations.
Required profile
- General Liability Insurance ($1M minimum).
- Experienced and dependable crews.
- Own tools, equipment, and transportation.
- Quality workmanship and jobsite professionalism.
- References from recent projects preferred.
Required skills
- Roofing installation.

- Gutter installation.
