Registered Nurse – Women’s Clinic Midtown (PRN)

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide PRN (as‑needed) nursing care in the Women’s Clinic located on the Midtown campus. This position supports women’s health services by delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in the Women’s Clinic, including assessments, medication administration, and procedures.
• Respond to patient needs on an as‑needed (PRN) basis, ensuring timely and safe interventions.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience in women’s health or obstetric/gynecologic nursing preferred.
• Ability to work flexible PRN shifts, including evenings and weekends.
