Registered Nurse – Urology Oncology Clinic

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Urology Oncology Clinic in Little Rock. This full‑time, day‑shift position provides direct patient care within a multidisciplinary oncology team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing urologic oncology treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and allied health staff to coordinate patient plans.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and document clinical observations.
• Educate patients and families about treatment protocols, side‑effects, and self‑care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure in Arkansas.
• Experience in oncology or urology nursing preferred.
• Ability to work day‑shift hours on‑site at the clinic.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and teamwork.
