Registered Nurse – Upper East Side, NY

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Upper East Side clinic team. Working under physician direction, you will provide direct patient care, manage electronic medical records, and support health‑education initiatives in a fast‑paced outpatient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop nursing care plans, and prioritize nursing interventions.
• Prepare equipment and assist providers during examinations, testing, and treatments.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary services, arrange diagnostic tests, and triage patient inquiries.
• Perform inpatient diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures alongside physicians.
• Administer injections and medications in compliance with state law and clinic guidelines.
• Maintain infection‑control standards and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
• Participate in safety programs, staff orientation, and policy review.
• Support pre‑certification, pre‑authorization, and clinical study eligibility when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience (2+ years as an RN).
• Current NY State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) and Infection Control Certificate.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
